Clever Networks connects directly to MikroTik routers running RouterOS v6 or RouterOS v7. Supported series include hAP series, RB951, RB4011, RB5009, CCR series, and most other MikroTik hardware capable of running API or RADIUS services.
Yes! New accounts receive a 7-day free trial to explore features and test MikroTik integrations. A one-time, non-refundable onboarding fee covers initial system setup, MikroTik API coupling, payment gateway integration, and one-on-one phone/WhatsApp implementation support until your network is live.
You can accept customer payments using your Safaricom M-Pesa Paybill or Till number—with or without Daraja API credentials. In addition, customers can pay via STK Push directly into your bank’s paybill account, or via debit/credit cards. All payments trigger instant auto-reconciliations and automatic line unsuspensions.
Yes. Subscribers can be imported smoothly in two ways: uploading a CSV file using our standard template, or synchronizing PPPoE/Hotspot user lists directly from your MikroTik router during onboarding.
The platform automatically delivers payment reminders prior to expiry. If payment is overdue, access is suspended automatically on the MikroTik router. Once payment is received via M-Pesa or bank transfer, access is automatically restored within seconds.
You can connect your existing Bulk SMS provider or WhatsApp Business account. If you do not have an SMS provider, Clever Networks provides a built-in messaging gateway sending SMS under the default sender ID CleverNet.
